Account and Data Deletion Process

To request an account deletion, you can do the following:

 

From inside the game

• Navigate to the settings.

• In the general tab, at the bottom, select Begin Account Deletion Process

• Follow the steps

• You have two weeks to request a cancellation.

• Usually an account deletion is processed within 30 days, after which data is automatically deleted as well.
